Notes

'Razzmatazz' coneflower (Echinacea purpurea 'Razzmatazz') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It bears rose-pink double flowers on erect stems from early to late summer. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Butterfly milkweed, Prairie dropseed, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Nodding onion.
