Notes

'Red Mammoth' raspberry (Rubus idaeus 'Red Mammoth') is a shrub for the food garden, grown for fresh eating, freezing, canning, and baking. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun. The University of Saskatchewan introduced it, and the summer-bearing canes grow upright with no thorns. Remove fruited canes after harvest to encourage new canes. White spring flowers attract bees.

Pairs well with Apple, Pink Lemonade blueberry, Serviceberry, and Mallow.
