Notes

'Red Precious' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Red Precious') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. The fragrant flowers draw butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. It also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Spotted beebalm, Ice plant, and Nodding onion.
