Notes

'Rideau Hall' daffodil (Narcissus 'Rideau Hall') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant blooms are buttercup yellow with an orange rim. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Paris coral bells, Blue fescue, and Greig's tulip.
