Notes

'Ring of Fire' coral bells (Heuchera americana 'Ring of Fire') is a perennial for borders, containers, rock gardens, and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It forms a clumping mound that grows 18 to 30 inches tall. Pinkish-white flowers open in spring and again in summer, and bees visit them.

Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Butterfly milkweed, and Cinnamon fern.
