Notes

'Rose' lobelia (Lobelia speciosa 'Rose') is a perennial for borders, containers, and mass plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Pink flowers with pinkish red bases open on upright burgundy-red stems, and hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees visit them. It sits low on the menu for rabbits. The bright green leaves often show a burgundy tint.

Pairs well with Fountain grass, Daffodil, and Eden rose.
