Notes

'Roter Korsar' rose (Rosa 'Roter Korsar') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows in a bushy shape with light green leaves and dark red blooms. Flowers appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. W. Kordes & Sons bred it in 2006.

Pairs well with Creeping thyme, Nelly Moser clematis, and Stargazer lily.
