Notes

'Running Maid' rose (Rosa 'Running Maid') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Louis Lens bred it in 1982. Fragrant mauve flowers open from early to late summer and attract bees. The spreading habit needs room, so give it space to grow.

Pairs well with Blue star, Fountain grass, and Nelly Moser clematis.
