Notes
'Samantha' lantana (Lantana camara 'Samantha') is a shrub for pollinator gardens, containers, cottage gardens, and low maintenance beds. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Yellow flowers draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It grows fast and stays evergreen in warm climates.
Pairs well with Pineapple sage, Sugar cane, and Red spider lily.
