Sara lily

Notes

'Sara' lily (Lilium 'Sara') is a bulb for groups in the garden, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun. The double pink flowers are pollen-free and highly fragrant, and they can reach 6-10 inches wide. Plant the bulbs near places where you spend time in August so you can enjoy the scent. Give it good drainage, since Oriental lilies like it warm.

Pairs well with Festiva Maxima peony, Rainbow's End hosta, and Sedge.
