Notes

'Sensation Pinkie' cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus 'Sensation Pinkie') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is not cold-hardy and will not survive freezing temperatures. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows fast into a clump that reaches 35 to 47 inches tall, and butterflies, bees, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Indian blanket, Red fescue, and Fireweed.
