Notes

Siberian statice (Limonium gmelini) is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and wide. Flowers open from early to late summer and bring in bees. It also tolerates drought, so you can skip frequent watering once it is settled.

Pairs well with Slender vervain, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Magnus coneflower.
