Notes

'Silencio' rose (Rosa 'Silencio') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Deep pink blooms appear in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and they are fragrant. Bees visit the flowers. Reinhard Noack bred it in 2012.

Pairs well with Gaura, Japanese forest grass, and Bush honeysuckle.
