Notes
'Sinonome' toad lily (Tricyrtis 'Sinonome') is a perennial for borders, containers, and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. White flowers with burgundy-purple blotching open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. It grows 30 to 36 inches tall and 12 to 24 inches wide.
Pairs well with Lady fern, Ostrich fern, and Miscanthus.
