Notes

'Sir Lancelot' coneflower (Echinacea purpurea 'Sir Lancelot') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, pollinator gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Pink flowers open from early to late summer, and butterflies, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. It also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Butterfly milkweed, and Nodding onion.
