Notes

'Snow Ball' matricaria (Tanacetum parthenium 'Snow Ball') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. White button-like blooms appear in great numbers from early to late summer. It sits low on the menu for deer. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Bartzella peony, and Blue fescue.
