Notes

'Snow Dwarf' mock orange (Philadelphus 'Snow Dwarf') is a shrub for borders, hedges, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and wide, so it fits small spaces. Double white flowers are fragrant and appear in late spring and again in early to late summer. It is also drought tolerant.

Pairs well with Smooth hydrangea, Prairie dropseed, Duchesse de Nemours peony, and Cinnamon fern.
