Notes

'South Pacific Orange' canna (Canna hybrida 'South Pacific Orange') is a perennial for borders, containers, accents, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the orange blooms in summer and again in autumn. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It grows in a clump about 47 to 59 inches tall.

Pairs well with Montbretia, Red-hot poker, and Coneflower.
