Notes

'Tennyson' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Tennyson') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. Rabbits tend to nibble other plants first. The creamy-pink blooms have red-edged eye zones and yellow throats, and they are fragrant. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Blush peony, Fire and Ice hosta, Invincibelle Ruby smooth hydrangea, and Little Beauty tulip.
