Notes
'Tnechkio' coneflower (Echinacea 'Tnechkio') is a perennial for borders and beds, with orange blooms from early to late summer. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. It is drought tolerant, so it handles dry spells well. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. The plant grows 15 to 18 inches tall and 21 to 24 inches wide.
Pairs well with Cat mint, Blue fescue, and Spider flower.
