Notes

Tree philodendron (Philodendron bipinnatifidum) is a shrub for borders, containers, and specimen planting. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun or part shade and average to moist, loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It is an evergreen with green leaves and can reach 10 to 15 feet tall and wide.

Pairs well with Lenten rose, Boxwood, and Evergold sedge.
