Garden uses

Notes

'Tropical White' guava (Psidium guajava 'Tropical White') is a fruit for food gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun. The fragrant white flowers open from early to late summer. The fruit has sweet, white flesh that tastes of lime, melon, and passionfruit. Young plants can begin fruiting early.

Pairs well with Pineapple guava, Italian Honey fig, and Tamarillo.
