'Ukon' cherry (Prunus 'Ukon') is a tree for specimen use and the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It blooms from early to late spring. Plant it where the spring flowers can be seen from a window or path.

Pairs well with Christmas fern, Grape hyacinth, and September Charm anemone.
