'Valkyrie Brunhilde Chamois' aster (Callistephus chinensis 'Valkyrie Brunhilde Chamois') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. Cool weather suits it, and it can take a light frost. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast and stands erect, reaching 26 to 32 inches tall. Pale apricot blooms attract butterflies and bees.
