Notes
'Variegatus' party lights goshiki osmanthus (Osmanthus heterophyllus 'Variegatus') is a shrub for hedges, privacy screens, specimen plantings, and foundation beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is evergreen, fragrant, and drought tolerant. It grows slowly into a dense shape, so give it room to spread. Deer rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Sasanqua camellia, Azalea, Spurge, and Balloon flower.
