Notes

'Vassio Meggos' dahlia (Dahlia 'Vassio Meggos') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows about 35 to 47 inches tall and bears blue-pink blooms from early to late summer and again in autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. Meggos bred it.
