Notes
'Vibey Velvet' Lenten rose (Helleborus 'Vibey Velvet') is an evergreen perennial. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Its outward-facing pink flowers often start in December in containers or January in the ground and last into spring. Deer tend to browse other plants first. The mottled evergreen leaves give you year round interest.
Pairs well with Snowdrop, Japanese maple, and Karl Foerster feather reed grass.
