Notes

'Wanda Toscanini' tulip (Tulipa 'Wanda Toscanini') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The red flowers open from early to late spring and stand about 20 inches tall. Each bloom has a star-shaped chartreuse green base with grey blue edges and spots. Cardinal red flames mark the outer petals.

Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Bowl of Beauty peony, and Little bluestem.
