Notes
'White Star' lithodora (Glandora diffusa 'White Star') is a shrub for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. It stays evergreen and spreads 12 to 24 inches, so give it room. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and butterflies visit the flowers. It sits low on the menu for deer.
Pairs well with Salal, Fountain grass, and Red spider lily.
