Notes

'Winsome' rose (Rosa 'Winsome') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It stays small at 18 to 24 inches tall, with an upright habit and dark green leaves. Mauve blooms open in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Saville bred it in 1985.

Pairs well with Lamb’s ear, Prairie dropseed, and Johnny jump up.
