'Wintergold' tulip (Tulipa 'Wintergold') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The deep lemon yellow flowers have an egg-shaped form. They bloom from early to late spring on stems about 14 inches tall.
Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Blush peony, and Little bluestem.
