Notes
'World's Fair' rose (Rosa 'World's Fair') is a shrub for borders, containers, and fragrant gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This compact rose stays about 20 inches tall. It bears dark red, fragrant blooms in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. The leathery leaves set off the flowers. Wilhelm Kordes II bred it in 1939.
Pairs well with Cosmos, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Siebold's hosta.
