'Yukon' spinach (Spinacia oleracea 'Yukon') is a vegetable for food gardens, containers, and shade gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. Few crops handle cold as well, and with a little winter protection it grows on through light freezes. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. It grows fast and reaches maturity in 38 days. This hybrid has disease resistance to race 13.

Pairs well with Breen lettuce, Black Magic kale, and Santo cilantro.
