Notes

'Aileen' tulip (Tulipa 'Aileen') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers open in early to late spring on stems about 28 inches tall, with chrome yellow outsides and pale buttercup yellow insides. De Graaff Bros. bred it.

Pairs well with Mount Hood daffodil, Paula Fay peony, and Ernest Markham clematis.
