Notes
'Albe Chase' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Albe Chase') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The blush white flowers have large round guard petals and a center of many stamens. Many growers rank it among the best semi-doubles. The stems are good, so the blooms hold up well in a vase.
Pairs well with Bobo hydrangea, Switchgrass, and Indian grass.
