Notes

'Alison Bradley' tulip (Tulipa 'Alison Bradley') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The double, peony-type flowers open early in spring in dark purple-red. Shades of burgundy and rich purple show up, and the colors change with the light and the age of the blooms. Mts Mellema-Versteeg bred it.

Pairs well with Cheerfulness daffodil, Knapweed, Shirley Temple peony, and Love-in-a-mist.
