Notes

'Shirley Temple' peony (Paeonia 'Shirley Temple') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The double blush flowers open light rose and fade to white, and they can reach 8 inches across. Its firm stems and early bloom make it a fine cut flower.

Pairs well with Liberty hosta, Baby's breath, Black Hero tulip, and Sedge.
