Notes

'Allure' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Allure') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double flowers are large and white with yellow lights. Dr. John H. Neeley bred it, but no year is needed to know it is a classic.

Pairs well with Queen of Night tulip, Cinnamon fern, and Quick Fire panicle hydrangea.
