Notes
Aluminum plant (Pilea cadierei) is a houseplant for containers and low maintenance spots indoors. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 11 and warmer, down to about 40°F (4°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, loamy soil. Its green leaves have bold silver markings. It stays dense and compact, so it fits small pots well. Keep it away from pets, since it is toxic to them.
Pairs well with Rattlesnake plant, Brasil velvet-leaf philodendron, and Cebu Blue pothos.
