Notes

'Amadeus' rose (Rosa 'Amadeus') is a vine for cottage gardens, cut flowers, specimen planting, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The large, double, shining red flowers are fragrant and attract bees. Tim-Hermann Kordes bred it in 2003. The foliage stays healthy.

Pairs well with Clary sage, Little bluestem, and Goat’s beard.
