Notes

'Anga King' peony (Paeonia 'Anga King') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. The mild rose scent comes with violet blooms that open in early to late spring, age to light pink, and show golden stamens. Zlata Jennie Draskovich bred it. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Golden Tiara hosta, Star Gazer lily, and Pink Impression tulip.
