Notes

'Aphrodite' peony (Paeonia 'Aphrodite') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Double pale yellow blooms open in early to late spring and age to pure white. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The flowers are fragrant and attract butterflies.

Pairs well with Krossa Regal hosta, Obsidian coral bells, and Nelly Moser clematis.
