Notes

'Ariel' rose (Rosa 'Ariel') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy plant stays 24 to 30 inches tall and bears fragrant, medium pink blooms from late spring into early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Jerome Rateau bred it in 2013.

Pairs well with Buckeye Belle peony, Virginia sweetspire, Ornamental onion, and Casa Blanca lily.
