Notes

'Aristocrat' pear (Pyrus calleryana 'Aristocrat') is a tree for specimen use. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It sits low on the menu for deer. It grows fast into a columnar shape and tolerates drought. White flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees and birds.

Pairs well with Golden Delicious apple, Juneberry, and Hummingbird's mint.
