Notes

Juneberry (Amelanchier lamarckii) is a shrub for specimen planting, borders, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its white flowers are fragrant and draw bees. Birds also visit the plant. Give it plenty of room, since it grows tall and wide.

Pairs well with Korean spice viburnum, Hinoki cypress, and Grape hyacinth.
