Notes

'Arkadia' tulip (Tulipa 'Arkadia') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The buttercup yellow blooms open from early to late spring on stems about 24 inches tall. Those tall stems make good cut flowers for bouquets indoors. Tubergen bred it.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Shirley Temple peony, and Switchgrass.
