Notes
'Arnold Giant' border forsythia (Forsythia intermedia 'Arnold Giant') is a shrub for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It bears yellow flowers in early to mid spring. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It grows 96 to 120 inches tall and wide, so give it room.
Pairs well with Blue Chiffon rose of sharon, Gladiolus, and Autumn fern.
