Notes

'Mindor' border forsythia (Forsythia intermedia 'Mindor') is a shrub for borders, hedges, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Yellow flowers open from early to late spring and attract bees, and birds also visit it. Deer tend to browse other plants first. You can plant it in a row for a loose hedge.

Pairs well with Grape hyacinth, Lungwort, Ornamental onion, and Smoketree.
