Notes

'Atoll Cottage' rose (Rosa 'Atoll Cottage') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Dark red, fragrant blooms open from early to late summer and attract bees. The bushy plant has dark green leaves. Mogens Nyegaard Olesen bred it in 2011.

Pairs well with Perennial candytuft, Little bluestem, and Oakleaf hydrangea.
