Notes

'Audray Pink' gomphrena (Gomphrena globosa 'Audray Pink') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. The pink flower heads bloom from summer into autumn and draw butterflies and bees. It is drought tolerant, and the lavender-pink blooms make excellent cut flowers. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Supertunia Royal Magenta petunia, Black Velvet nasturtium, and Red fescue.
